FOR two books, Dr John Broom would like to hear from any readers who have information pertaining to the game of cricket as played in Britain or overseas during the First and Second World Wars. He is seeking any action or team photographs, club minute-books, letters, diaries, memoirs, club memorials, records of forces’ cricket or other original unpublished material relating to the 1914-18 and 1939-45 periods. The books are to be published by Pen & Sword in 2021 and 2022. Any information about the wartime game will be gratefully received and acknowledged.
