Church Army are looking for a Head of Initial Training who will lead a committed training team and play a key role in ensuring that our formation, teaching and equipping enable Evangelists and Pioneers to thrive in a rapidly changing church and mission context.
Since 2021, six AATEs have played a vital coaching role in supporting and encouraging clergy and parishes to transition to new models of ministry as detailed in the Diocesan Strategy.
