St John’s Crawley is excited to be recruiting an ASSOCIATE VICAR to come and join the team, representing a significant moment in the life of St John’s as we prepare for an upscaling as a Resource Church, seeking to move into a new space for the contemporary worship services, launch a new character development year and revitalise two new churches in Crawley.
The Chaplain will be expected to play a part in the teaching life of the School and its co-curricular activities, but need not necessarily have previous teaching experience. S/he will need to be in priest’s orders within the Church of England, or a denomination in full communion with it (probably with a significant amount of experience), and will need to be licensed to the post by the Bishop of Chichester.
