We are seeking a Director of Music to lead our innovative choir in the English choral tradition, serving a wide range of churches and other communities around Sheffield through a diverse programme of services, concerts and projects.
The newly formed South Lakes Team is seeking a new Team Vicar who can work with the Team Rector, ecumenical colleagues and committed and able lay people in this Mission Community set in a beautiful part of the Lake District National Park in Cumbria.
This new post combines the role of Team Vicar in the Kingsthorpe Team (including particular responsibility for St David’s church) with Chaplain to Malcolm Arnold Academy - a Church of England school in the town of Northampton.
The Chaplain will be expected to play a part in the teaching life of the School and its co-curricular activities, but need not necessarily have previous teaching experience. S/he will need to be in priest’s orders within the Church of England, or a denomination in full communion with it (probably with a significant amount of experience), and will need to be licensed to the post by the Bishop of Chichester.
An opportunity to live a year as part of a vibrant East End London Parish. Particularly suited to those considering their vocation.
