Lead our team working across 8 secondary and 65 primary schools (28 academies in 5 MATs) to deliver, in collaboration with other Diocesan leaders, the Diocesan vision of Growing Disciples: Wider, Younger, Deeper within the framework of the Church of England’s vision for education.

We are six village churches with a single PCC, situated in the beautiful Marlborough Downs, with excellent local amenities, transport links and schools. We have strong foundations on which to build and explore new opportunities. Changing our structure has freed up resources for growth; there is room and encouragement for fresh
ideas and experience.
The Vice-Provost, as a Canon and Trustee of the Cathedral, will join our team, with a particular focus on promoting our daily Anglican Choral tradition, engaging with the creative arts, and building on our social outreach. As Precentor, they will work with the Master of the Music to manage our musical life.
St Andrew’s is a friendly and active parish in West Worthing. The musical tradition is very important to the Parish, having a robed parish choir who sing for both the Sunday Eucharist and Choral Evensong. We require a Director of Music and Organist who will assist, enrich and develop the musical and liturgical life of the church.
