The Benefice of Sawbridgeworth is dedicated to revitalising their church community by extending their outreach and addressing practical needs through their Reimagining Project.
Our mission is to mirror the hospitality of God in a Benefice of four Parishes bound together in the love of God.
We are two welcoming and friendly churches: St Peter’s Chertsey is at the heart of its town, central to its life. Holy Trinity, Lyne and Longcross is a traditional village church with its own parish and Church Primary school.
Greyfriars is a large and vibrant church in the centre of Reading, a growing town with a diverse population. We are strongly evangelical and gently charismatic; a gathered church with a heart for the needs of our rapidly changing parish.
An opportunity in an established Benefice for both spiritual and personal fulfilment through the development of our four rural parishes.
