The Bishop is seeking to appoint a new vicar to the lovely seaside village of Rottingdean, a couple of miles to the east of Brighton and a single parish benefice. The church is at the heart of the village, it has been beautifully reordered, and the opportunities for an energetic priest, working with this willing and committed congregation, are considerable.
St James and St John’s are two gathered City Centre churches beginning to work together. Both are growing congregations, drawing people from across Scotland’s third largest city, including the city’s universities and Nigerian diaspora. Together they are seeking to discover how to love God and love their neighbour in 21st century Aberdeen.
