We seek an experienced priest, rooted in prayerful spirituality, gifted with vision and energy to lead our congregation, strengthen our community ties, define and refine our vision, fulfil our significant potential and create real change in the world.
We are looking for an interculturally literate priest to join our ministry team and play a key role in helping us develop as an Intercultural Worshipping Community (IWC). IWCs are missional church communities where people from different cultural and ethnic heritage deliberately interact with one another in order to deepen their understanding and experience of God and each other.
This is an exciting role based half time at St Michael’s, Old Rossington in a newly established Mission Area of five parishes, and half time with South Yorkshire Police, both serving a diverse socio-economic context. The successful candidate will be a person in priestly orders in the Church of England, who has completed IME2 and will be able to combine both roles with passion and care.
Have you a passion for nurturing and supporting the faith journeys of those who are deaf or hard of hearing?
