In the Church of England, Birmingham, we seek to shape ministry for a changing church and world. We’re creating six new deaneries, each with a full -time stipendiary Area Dean. The Area Dean for our new Deanery of Yardley & Solihull will work
collaboratively to support a great variety of parishes and worshipping communities in local mission.
Are you called to minister in a village with great opportunities for missional advance and growth?
Belmont village parish sits at the border between the London Borough of Sutton and Surrey. It enjoys the best of both worlds with easy rail access to London and proximity
to attractive Surrey countryside. There are excellent local primary and secondary schools.
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic person to work alongside the vicar and others in leading worship at Selby Abbey through providing music, directing the choir and encouraging congregational singing. They will also take a leading role in developing and promoting the wider musical life of the Abbey and its role within the town of Selby (12m south of York).
We are looking for an organist/pianist who enjoys both contemporary & traditional church music. You will work with our enthusiastic choir leader to develop the music in our church and, as well as playing our fine organ, will provide piano accompaniment for our music group and choir
