The Diocese of Coventry is seeking to appoint a part time New Ministries Lead to focus on the growth and development of new ministers, both ordained and lay, as part of the overall Diocesan Strategy.

We are looking for a colleague to help us reimagine and revitalise our capacity for Local Ministry at every level of Diocesan life.

Lead ministry to 0-25s at a large evangelical church. Experienced lay worker or ordained. Full stipend and housing.
