28 Jun 2017
We are a busy, urban and inclusive parish, in a terrific location in SW London. The number of children and families worshipping and playing at St Luke’s is increasing noticeably and we are wishing to develop our outreach in this area through both secular and church activities and to nurture these relationships
The parish and pilgrimage church of St Michael and St Mary Magdalene, Easthampstead wishes to appoint a DIRECTOR OF MUSIC AND ORGANIST
Director of Music sought for this thriving inclusive Anglican church in West London, with strong musical life and culture.
We are a well-established church with an ER of 145 and a Sunday worshipping community of 100 or so; a congregation that focuses on worship, fellowship and community, in a style that is “neither high nor low but with a degree of formality”. We’re open-minded and inclusive, celebrating the ministry of all God’s people.
Applications are invited for this combined post, which will be approximately 70% Director of Vocations and 30% Residentiary Canon playing a key role in helping to relate the Cathedral to the wider Diocese.
