The Benefice of Sawbridgeworth is dedicated to revitalising their church community by extending their outreach and addressing practical needs through their Reimagining Project.
This Benefice is situated in a vibrant, inclusive, semi-rural community within the Deanery of Petworth.
Vicar of St Herbert & St John (Crown Appointment; 1.0 FTE) and Priest in Charge of St Columba (House for Duty)
We are a benefice of five active churches, in five thriving villages set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the north Norfolk coast. Our vision is to be a ministry which shares the living hope of Jesus with everyone in these villages – residents and visitors alike – so that every life may bear fruit for Him.
We are seeking a priest of incumbent status, with outstanding ability to share and inspire faith in Christ.
