In the Church of England, Birmingham, we seek to shape ministry for a changing church and world. We’re creating six new deaneries, each with a full -time stipendiary Area Dean. The Area Dean for our new Deanery of Yardley & Solihull will work
collaboratively to support a great variety of parishes and worshipping communities in local mission.
The Benefice is situated in the idyllic, rolling West Suffolk countryside close to Sudbury and historic Lavenham with a four-bedroom family home in Monks Eleigh at the centre of the Benefice.
We are praying for an Associate Vicar, who will work collaboratively to reach out in mission and grow disciples. We offer flexibility and an opportunity to explore your gifts and calling within our two parishes. Located on the eastern fringe of Bristol, the parishes are a diverse mix of urban and suburban communities.
A fantastic opportunity to further develop our two benefices centred on the ancient and thriving market town of Halesworth in beautiful rural NE Suffolk. Lay and ordained ministries are flourishing, and our churches engage creatively with our communities. We stand in the gently liberal catholic tradition, are inclusive and welcoming of all, hopeful and excited about the future God is leading us into.
The South West Ministry Training Course embraces adventurous faith, missional hope and grounded love. We seek to appoint an energetic, prayerful and missional leader as our next Principal.
