An exciting opportunity awaits you in the newly created rural ‘Benefice by the sea’, where the Spirit of the Lord is all around us in the lovely countryside of North Somerset on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare. We are two friendly and welcoming Parishes, each with its own characteristics, but with ‘one heart’.
We have an exciting opportunity for a new member of staff to join the dynamic team at the St Padarn’s Institute. We are looking for a specialist, who will make a valuable contribution to the training, ministerial development and theological thinking in the Church in Wales, and further afield.
The National Ministry team is one of the teams of the Archbishops’ Council of the Church of England. It serves the dioceses and the bishops by providing advice and consultancy on ministry, overseeing a national process of discernment for candidates and quality assurance of their training, and supporting dioceses in their strategic planning for ministry. Its vision is for transforming ministry for mission and growth and its values are based in working collaboratively to offer a constructive, professional and expert service to the dioceses.
