Archdeacon’s move

THE Archdeacon of the East Riding, the Ven. Andrew Broom, is to retire on 1 September. His farewell service will be in Beverley Minster on 30 June. Archdeacon Broom, who was previously in the diocese of Derby, has served in his current post since 2014. On the day that he retires, he will be licensed as Deanery Priest to the Howden deanery by the Bishop of Hull.

 

HOAD. The Revd Rosemary Hoad, Vicar of Egham Hythe (Guildford): 31 July.

McDOUGALL. The Revd David McDougall, Rector of St Mary’s (St John’s District Church), Bletchley (Oxford).

MANN. The Revd Philip Mann, Priest-in-Charge of Mackworth, remaining Pioneer Minister of St Werburgh’s, Derby (Bishop’s Mission Order), and Hon. Canon of Derby Cathedral (Derby).

MEYRICK. The Rt Revd Jonathan Meyrick, Hon. Assistant Bishop (Coventry).

MULLINS. The Revd Caroline Mullins, NS Assistant Curate (Associate Minister) of Hinchley Wood (Guildford): 19 July.

ORTON. The Revd Giles Orton, NS Priest-in-Charge of St Anne’s, Derby (Derby).

PLANT. The Revd Tom Plant, Rector of Iver Heath (Oxford).

THACKER. The Revd Adrian Thacker, NS Assistant Curate of Clifton upon Dunsmore with Newton and Brownsover (Coventry): 28 June.

WALLACE. The Revd Mark Wallace, Area Dean of Woking, remaining Vicar of St Mary of Bethany, Woking (Guildford).
