BLANCHARD. — On 21 March, the Revd Frank Hugh Blanchard: with CMS (1958-65); Assistant Curate of Kirby Grindalythe (1965-67); Grimston with Wharram Percy and Wharram-le-Street (1965-67); Vicar of Kirby Grindalythe (1967-71); Grimston with Wharram Percy and Wharram-le-Street (1967-71); Curate-in-Charge of Settrington (1967-68); Thorpe Bassett (1967-71); Vicar of St James’s, Scarborough (1971-79); Priest-in-Charge of Holy Trinity, Scarborough (1978-79); Vicar of St James’s and Holy Trinity, Scarborough (1979-86); Rector of Stockton-on-the-Forest with Holtby and Warthill (1987-94); Priest-in-Charge of Rothesay (1994-96); aged 95.

BYLLAM-BARNES. — On 8 February, the Revd Paul William Marshall Byllam-Barnes: Rector of Cusop with Blakemere, Bredwardine with Brobury and Moccas (1987-2003); Rural Dean of Abbeydore (1996-2000); Prebendary of Hereford Cathedral (1999-2003); aged 87.

HOSKINS. — On 1 April, the Revd John Paul Hoskins: Chaplain to the Bishop of Gloucester (2011-16); Minor Canon of Gloucester Cathedral (2013-16); Priest-in-Charge of St Peter’s, Winchcombe (2016-22); Canon Precentor of Worcester Cathedral since 2022; aged 50.

MARSDEN. — On 29 March, the Revd Samuel Edward Marsden: Rector of St Gerrans with St Anthony-in-Roseland (1972-77); Vicar of Christ Church, Kowloon, Hong Kong (1977-81); Priest-in-Charge of Ingrave with Great Warley and Childerditch (1981-82); Rector (1982-89); Rector of Gilgandra, Australia (1989-93); Kelso, Australia (1994-2000); Archdeacon of Wylde, Australia (2000-01); Rector of Parkes, Australia (2001-07); Archdeacon of Bathurst, Australia (2005-07); Rector of Coffs Harbour, Australia (2007-10); aged 80.

MAYNARD. — On 31 March, the Revd Richard Edward Buller Maynard: Assistant Curate of King Charles the Martyr, Falmouth (1971-74); Vicar of St Germans (1974-85); Tideford (1974-85); Rural Dean of East Wivelshire (1981-85); Hon.
