(BBC1) Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance The King and Queen attend the annual festival at the Royal Albert Hall.

Sunday 1.15pm (BBC1) Songs of Praise Sean Fletcher visits Britannia Royal Naval College, in Devon, to meet service personnel past and present.

Monday 9pm (ITV1) Her Majesty the Queen: Behind closed doors The Queen meets both survivors of domestic and sexual violence and families grieving women who have taken their own lives as a result of abuse.


RADIO: Friday 1.30pm
(World Service) Heart and Soul Why Kasab Mahameed, a lawyer from Nazareth, opened what is believed to be the first Arab-led Holocaust museum 20 years ago.

Sunday 8.10am (R4) Sunday Worship The two Archbishops of Armagh reflect on the lives and service of two military chaplains during the Second World War, in a service on Remembrance Sunday.

3pm (R3) Choral Evensong A repeat of this week’s service live from Clare College Cambridge.

9.30pm (R3) Compline From St Bartholomew the Great, London.

Monday 9am (R4) Start the Week Amanda Vickery discusses sex, Christianity, and the female body with Diarmaid MacCulloch, Helen King, and Ruth Padel.

Wednesday 3pm (R3) Choral Evensong Live from Chester Cathedral to mark the 450th anniversary of the death of the composer Robert White.
