DUNCANSON. — On 13 May, the Revd Derek James Duncanson: Chaplain to the Territorial Army Volunteer Reserves (1971-76); Assistant Curate of Woodham (1972-76); Chaplain to the Combined Forces (1976-79); Vicar of Burneside (1979-84); Chaplain to the Territorial Army Volunteer Reserves (1979-95); Rector of St John’s, Coppull (1984-86); Chaplain of Bloxham School (1986-99); Vicar of St Mary’s, Boongate, Peterborough (1999-2004); Chaplain of Peterborough Regional College (2000-04); Rural Dean of Peterborough (2001-04); Chaplain of Heathfield School, Ascot (2004-08); aged 76.

GIRLING. — On 25 April, the Revd Ian John Girling: Assistant Curate of Hubberston (2005-08); Team Vicar in the Aberystwyth Team Ministry (2008-17); aged 70.

HAIGH. — On 29 May, the Revd Richard Michael Fisher Haigh: with Church Missionary Society in Amritsar diocese, India (1963-67; 1968-70); Rector of St Clement with St Cyprian, Ordsall, Salford (1971-75); Emmanuel Church, Holcombe (1975-85); Vicar of Unsworth (1985-93); Rector of Brough with Stainmore, Musgrave and Warcop (1993-97); aged 93.

MURPHY. — On 25 May, the Revd Alexander Charles Murphy: Team Vicar in the St Mark’s Team Ministry, Edinburgh (1990-93); St Andrew’s and St Aidan’s Team Ministry, Edinburgh (1990-93); St Margaret of Scotland Team Ministry, Edinburgh (1993-96); aged 96.
