THE Church Times is running a second series of online lectures in partnership with Sarum College. Building on the success of the 2024 series on Christian Spirituality, the 2025 series has the title “Women Mystics: Female Theologians through Christian History”.
The series begins in January and runs until May. The webinars take place from 7.30 p.m. until 9 p.m., and include the chance for audience members to ask questions after the lecture.
The series looks at five influential female mystics from Christianity in chronological order. The sessions are on Hildegard of Bingen (13 January), Clare of Assisi (10 February), Julian of Norwich (10 March), Teresa of Ávila (14 April), and Thea Bowman (19 May).
Each session will be recorded and a link to the video provided to everyone registered. The series of five sessions costs £80. Tickets are available here.
