The Rector of Ampthill with Millbrook and Steppingley, in St Albans diocese, the Revd Dominic Holroyd, after completing the London Marathon on Sunday. He has so far raised £2925 for the HIV charity the Terrence Higgins Trust. He said: “Stigma has affected those living with HIV since the virus first became known, and despite better understanding and medical advancements, people living with HIV continue to experience prejudice. Similar to my own experience of being a gay priest in the C of E today!”
