Wednesday 9pm (BBC2) Helmand: Tour of duty Soldiers from the Welsh Guards who were deployed to the front line in Helmand in 2009 reflect on the realities of war.

 

RADIO: Friday 1.30pm (World Service) Heart and Soul Women in Latin America speak of their experiences as assistant numeraries for Opus Dei.

Sunday 8.10am (R4) Sunday Worship The Dean of Lambeth, Fr Marcus Holden, leads a meditation on the holiness and beauty of God as reflected through Gregorian chant and the sacred music of the Renaissance. Recorded in St James’s, Spanish Place, London.
