Please consider giving to the Church Times Train-A-Priest (TAP) Fund this Lent

by
22 March 2024

THE Church Times Train-A-Priest (TAP) Fund has supported English ordinands for more than 70 years. But for the past three years, the TAP Africa appeal has, as its name suggests, focused its attention on a continent where ordinands have the scarcest resources to support them and their dependants during their training for the priesthood.

Working with our partner CAPA, the Council of Anglican Provinces of Africa, a co-ordinating body that operates in 25 countries and 13 Provinces, we are able to direct your generous donations to the people who need it most. Ordinands of all genders, traditions, and persuasions are eligible.

True to the history of the TAP Fund, not a single penny is used for the administration of the fund, so that donors can be sure that everything they give will go directly to ordinands as they prepare for ministry in some of the most challenging conditions in the world.

Donations can be made quickly and securely here.
