Sunday 1.15pm (BBC1) Songs of Praise Claire McCollum celebrates Pentecost in Bognor Regis, and meets Christians who are to be baptised in the sea.

7pm (BBC4) The Queen’s Realm In the first of a night of programmes dedicated to Sir John Betjeman, who died on this day in 1984, an aerial view of the country through the seasons, with commentary by the poet (repeat).

Wednesday 10pm (Nat Geographic) Nazi Death Camp: The great escape Jewish former prisoners at a Polish death camp recall their escape in 1943.

ADIO: Friday 1.30pm (World Service) Heart and Soul Colm Flynn visits Le Barroux Abbey, in the south of France, where the Benedictine monks work in their own vineyard.

Sunday 8.10am (R4) Sunday Worship “Conversation Under Trees”: a service from the garden at St James’s, Piccadilly, on the interdependence of human beings with the earth, led by the Rector, the Revd Lucy Winkett.

3pm (R3) Choral Evensong A repeat of this week’s live service from Exeter Cathedral.

Wednesday 3pm (R3) Choral Evensong Live from St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.

8.45pm (R4) Uncharted with Hannah Fry A researcher attempting to find the answer to ageing well is led to a convent for answers (8/10) (repeat).
