HOLT. — On 1 July, the Revd Michael Holt: Vicar of Bacup (1969-2003); Area Dean of Rossendale (1998-2000); aged 86.

PHILLIPSON-MASTERS. — On 3 July, the Revd Susan Patricia Phillipson-Masters: Assistant Curate of Uphill (1994-97); Christ Church, Nailsea, with Tickenham (1997-98); Priest-in-Charge of Tredington and Darlingscott with Newbold on Stour (1998-2000); the Stanleys (2000-11); Chaplain of Wycliffe Preparatory School (2007-11); Hon. Assistant Curate of Cromhall, Tortworth, Tytherington, Falfield and Rockhampton (2018-22); aged 72.

SMITH. — On 1 July, the Revd Paul Andrew Smith: Assistant Curate of Ribbleton (1983-86); Vicar of Rishton (1986-2005); Rural Dean of Whalley (1995-2001); Rector of Cottingham (2005-19); Area Dean of Central and North Hull Area (2010-16); Hon. Canon of St George’s Cathedral, Ho, Ghana, since 2014; aged 69.
