Anna Drew, Southwark Diocesan Director of Communications, was ordained deacon on Saturday in Rochester Cathedral, the same day as her father, Canon Gordon Oliver, who has also served in Rochester diocese, celebrated his golden jubilee of priesthood.

A new deacon, Karen Crowhurst, receives her stole from the Archdeacon of the Meon, the Ven. Kathryn Percival, in Portsmouth Cathedral on 30 September.
