SUTCLIFFE. — On 15 March, the Revd John Leslie Sutcliffe: Curate-in-Charge of St Leonard’s Conventional District, Penwortham (1965-71); Industrial Chaplain of Warrington (1971-74); Vicar of St Andrew’s, Orford (1974-79); St Cuthbert’s, Burnley (1979-88); Bishop of Ripon & Leeds’s Adviser on Urban Priority Areas (1988-94); Hon. Assistant Curate of the Epiphany, Gipton, Leeds (1988-94); Rector of Carrickmacross with Magheracloone (1994-2001); aged 87.

WILLIAMS. — On 3 March, the Revd Evelyn Joyce Williams: NSM of Holy Trinity, Sittingbourne, with Bobbing (1989-2009); aged 85.
