The marble mosaic floor in Siena Cathedral, in Italy, has been unveiled. The floor, created between the 14th and 16th centuries, is usually covered, to protect the fragile surface. The floor is on show until the end of the month, and from 18 August to 18 October, The Art Newspaper reports. The floor is covered with 56 inlaid marble squares, covering 1300m²
