BATES. — On 29 January, the Revd Rosemary Eve Hamilton Bates: Parish Deacon of St Peter with St James, Brackley (1989-94); Assistant Curate (1994-95); Priest-in-Charge of North Hinksey and Wytham (1995-2004); aged 77.

BERRY. — On 9 December, the Revd Heather Evelyn Berry: OLM of St Faith’s, Gaywood (2000-14); Assistant Curate of Great and Little Massingham, Harpley, Rougham, Weasenham and Wellingham (2014-15); Rector of Rougham, Weasenham and Wellingham (2015-16); aged 77.

FILIPE LOPES. — On 30 January, the Revd Marco Gonzaga Filipe Lopes: Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) in the East Ham Team Ministry since 2019; Assistant Curate of St Martin’s, Plaistow (2021-22); Vicar since 2022; aged 49.

HANCOCK. — On 30 January, the Revd Nigel John Hancock: NSM of St Mary the Less, Cambridge (1989-2000): Priest-Vicar of St John’s College, Cambridge (1995-99); aged 87.
