10pm (BBC4) In the Name of the Father: Storyville A documentary about a rabbi in one of the Hasidic communities of Israel. It emerged after his death that he was not what he seemed.

 

RADIO: Friday 11.30am (World Service) Heart and Soul A look at how the Chi-Nan Presbyterian Church, in Taiwan, has been helping activists who have fled from Hong Kong.

Sunday 8.10am (R4) Sunday Worship At the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week, the Revd Cheryl Meban leads a service from Northern Ireland.

3pm (R3) Choral Evensong A repeat of this week’s live service from Bristol Cathedral.
