The Great Fire of London by Philippe Jacques de Loughberg can be seen in a pop-up exhibition in four of the churches in London’s Square Mile. “A City Full of People” is part of the Wren300 national festival, marking the 300th anniversary of the architect Sir Christopher Wren’s death. The project, focusing on the lives of people in the City after it was rebuilt after the Great Fire, is supported by the London Diocesan Fund and the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The churches involved are St Bride’s, Fleet Street; St Martin Ludgate; St Vedast-alias-Foster; and St Botolph’s, Aldgate. squaremilechurches.co.uk/wren-300
