Carlisle archdeacon

THE Ven. Lee Townend, Archdeacon of Carlisle since 2017, has stepped down from his post to spend more time with his family. He has also served as Strategic Development Officer for the county’s ecumenical vision God for All. He was ordained priest in 1999, and served his title in Derby diocese, to where he returned, after incumbencies in Canterbury and Bradford dioceses, to serve as Chesterfield Archdeaconry Church Growth Officer from 2012 to 2017. In Carlisle diocese, he has also served as an incumbent and rural dean.

 

ANDREWS. The Revd Dr Paul Andrews, Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) in the Ely Team Ministry with responsibility for the Proprietary Chapel of St-Peter-in-Ely, Assistant Diocesan Director of Ordinands, and Hon. Canon of Ely Cathedral (Ely).

DAFFERN. The Revd Adrian Daffern, Vicar of St Mary the Great with St Michael, Cambridge, and Rural Dean of North Cambridge, remaining Fellow and Tutor of Lucy Cavendish College, Cambridge (Ely).

KONIG. The Revd Peter Konig, Chaplain to Retired Clergy and Clergy Widow(er)s in the Oundle, Peterborough, and Rutland deaneries (Peterborough).

MACKINNON. The Revd Karen Mackinnon, Spiritual Care Manager of the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust, remaining Wellbeing Services Manager, and Hon. Canon of Winchester Cathedral (Winchester).

McCONNAUGHIE. The Revd Dr Adrian McConnaughie, NS Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of Warley and Great Warley, remaining Chaplain of Brentwood School (Chelmsford).

PATERSON. The Revd Dr Michael Paterson, Priest-in-Charge of St Margaret’s Local Ecumenical Partnership, Rosyth (St Andrews, Dunkeld & Dunblane).

PULLIN. The Revd Christopher Pullin, Canon Chancellor of Hereford Cathedral (Hereford).

RIDDLESTONE. The Revd Jennifer Riddlestone, Vicar of Shottermill (Guildford).

WIGGS. The Revd Robert Wiggs, NS Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of St Mary’s, Maldon, with Mundon (Chelmsford).
