ON OFFER, for the cost of collection from Stratford-upon-Avon and a donation to charity, from Sarah Hosking is a wooden crib set, suitable for a church, made for St Mary’s, Warwick, in 1955, by her father Dick Hosking. The crib itself is 2 ft long, and 14 ins. high; Joseph is 30 ins. high, and Mary on a wooden bed is 30 ins. long. The set comprises a trestle base to support the table top; the table top with a curved front; a hessian “curtain” to cover the trestle base; the stable back, and a light fitting on a timer switch.
