The Cross of St Augustine for Services to the Anglican Communion: the Rt Revd Dr Victor Atta-Bafoe, the Rt Revd Marinez Rosa dos Santos Bassotto, the Revd Stephen Dinsmore, Andrew Khoo, the Most Revd Mark MacDonald, Delene Mark, the Most Revd Julio Murray Thompson, Nagulan Nesiah, the Rt Revd Professor Stephen Pickard, the Rt Revd Dr Philip Poole, Dr Sally Smith, Paul Thaxter, the Revd Pauline Walker.
The Alphege Award for Evangelism and Witness: the Rt Revd Nathaniel Garang Anyieth, Karen Gibson, Lucy Moore, Patricia Neill.
