Lincoln archdeacon

THE next Archdeacon of Stow and Lindsey, in Lincoln diocese, is to be the Revd Alyson Buxton, Team Rector in the Boston Team Ministry, since 2014. She was ordained priest in 2003 and served her title in Lincoln diocese. She then served as Diocesan Lay Ministry Co-ordinator, Priest-Vicar of Lincoln Cathedral, incumbent, and rural dean. She was Ely Diocesan Director of Ministry, and an Hon. Canon of Ely Cathedral from 2013 to 2014. She will be instituted on 12 July and installed on 20 September.

 

BARTLETT. The Revd Aidan Bartlett, Assistant Curate of Our Most Holy Redeemer, Clerkenwell, and of St Mark’s, Clerkenwell, now also NS Assistant Curate of Holy Trinity with St Mary, Hoxton (London).

BILLINGTON. The Revd Claire Billington, Assistant Curate of Peopleton and White Ladies Aston with Churchill and Spetchley and Upton Snodsbury and Broughton Hackett (Worcester), to be house-for-duty Curate-in-Charge.

DAY. The Revd Timothy Day, Team Vicar in the Fosse Team Ministry, to be Vicar of Thorpe Acre with Dishley (Leicester).

FRANKLIN. The Revd Dr Bryony Franklin, NS Assistant Curate of West Acton (London), now NS Associate Priest.

GUINNESS. The Revd Sarah Guinness, Priest-in-Charge of Brentford (London), to be Vicar.

HAMMILL. The Revd Judith Hammill, Assistant Curate of St James’s, Tunbridge Wells (Rochester), to be Vicar.

HARRISON. The Revd Robert Harrison, Vicar of Neasden (London), now Diocesan Director of Ministry and Leadership (Coventry).

HEALE. The Revd Nicholas Heale, Vicar of the North and East Blackburn Benefice (Blackburn), to be Vicar.

HOLDER. The Revd Jonathan Holder, Assistant Curate of Turnham Green (London), to be Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of the Eastclyst Mission Community (Exeter).

MORRIS. The Revd Steven Morris, to be NS Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of St Bride Fleet Street with Bridewell and Trinity Gough Square, London (London).

NEVELL. The Revd Simeon Nevell, Assistant Curate of the Six Benefice (Canterbury), now Priest-in-Charge of Istead Rise and of Southfleet (Rochester).

SHOESMITH. The Revd Kathia Shoesmith, Vicar of Bradshaw and Holmfield, Area Dean of Halifax and Calder Valley, and Mission Support Officer of Halifax and Calder Valley and of Brighouse and Elland deaneries, to be Vicar of Christ Church, Skipton, with Carleton, remaining Hon.
