9pm (ITV) Grantchester The fate of the incarcerated curate, Leonard, is revealed (8/8).

Sunday 1.15pm (BBC1) Songs of Praise Aled Jones visits Church Island, Anglesey, and James Lusted meets members of Christians Against Poverty.

Wednesday 9pm (BBC2) Universe Professor Brian Cox explores the cosmos and explains stars and how they helped planets to come about (1/5).

Thursday 6.15pm (PBS America) Billy Graham A documentary about the influential evangelist.

 

RADIO: Sunday 8.10am (R4) Sunday Worship An Ethiopian Orthodox edition, featuring excerpts from a service recorded at Bath Abbey last month to reflect the legacy of the Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selassie I in the city of Bath.

3pm (R3) Choral Evensong A repeat of this week’s service of choral vespers from the Chapel Royal, Hampton Court Palace.

Wednesday 4pm (R3) Choral Evensong From St Patrick’s Cathedral, Armagh, recorded on 27 August, during this year’s Charles Wood Summer School.
