MILLIGAN. — On 11 January: the Revd William John (Barney) Milligan: Vicar of All Saints’, New Eltham (1962-71); Roehampton (1971-79); Canon Residentiary of St Albans Cathedral (1979-86); Chaplain in Strasbourg (1986-95); Anglican Representative to the European Institutions in Strasbourg (1990-95); aged 92.

PALMER. — On 22 December, the Revd David Henry Palmer: Assistant Curate of All Saints’, Peterborough, in charge of Dogsthorpe (1963-68); Vicar of Holy Trinity, Northampton (1968-74); Chaplain to the British Embassy in Ankara (1974-77); British Embassy, and All Saints’, Rome (1977-84); Canon of St John’s Pro-Cathedral, Valletta, Malta (1979-84); Vicar of St Matthias’s, Brighton (1984-88); St Peter and Paul, Teddington (1988-90); St Michael and St George, Fulwell (1988-90); St Peter and Paul, Teddington, and St Michael and St George, Fulwell (1990-95); Area Dean of Hampton (1990-95); received into the Roman Catholic Church in 1996; aged 87.
