BEAMER. — On 18 March, the Revd Neville David Beamer: Chaplain of Sherbourne (1968-72); Vicar of Holton-le-Clay (1972-75); Priest-in-Charge of Stoneleigh with Ashow (1975-79); Baginton (1977-79); Vicar of Fletchamstead (1979-86); Warden of Whatcombe House, Blandford Forum (1986-90); Vicar of St Matthew’s, Millbrook, Jersey (1990-95); Rural Dean of Odiham (1995-2004); Vicar of Yateley (1995-2003); Priest-in-Charge of Eversley (1998-2003); Rector of Yateley and Eversley (2003-05); aged 79.

HOLMES. — On 25 April, the Revd Peter Anthony Holmes: Vicar of St Peter’s, Norbiton, since 1993; Rural Dean of Kingston (1997-2000); aged 65.

MAYLAND. — On 27 April, the Revd Ralph Mayland: Chaplain of the Royal Naval Reserve (1961-94); Curate-in-Charge of St Paul’s Conventional District, Manton (1961-68); Vicar of St Margaret’s, Brightside (1968-72); Sheffield Diocesan Industrial Mission Chaplain (1968-81); Vicar of Ecclesfield (1972-81); Residentiary Canon, Prebendary and Treasurer of York Minster (1982-94); Hon. Assistant Curate of Brancepeth (1994-96); aged 93.

ROGAN. — On 15 April, the Very Revd John Rogan: Sheffield Diocesan Industrial Mission Chaplain (1957-61); Secretary of the Church of England Industrial Committee (1961-66); Vicar of Leigh (1966-78); Rural Dean of Leigh (1971-78); Hon.
