We are looking to welcome an energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic Priest-in-Charge, to lead and inspire us in our vision to grow as a beacon of Christ’s light in our communities.
The priest we believe God might be calling here is a creative, enthusiastic leader who will encourage and help us to build on our strengths. A priest who will develop our relationship with God, so that together we can serve Him more effectively in the many
missional opportunities that exist in our Parish.
We are seeking a VICAR with energy and passion for a group of 5 churches near the market town of Thirsk. With a range of worship styles, we understand the need to embrace imaginative new ways of outreach. We are looking for someone with vision and insight who will work alongside our enthusiastic lay leadership team and assistant priest as an encourager and guide and who will help us build on our current work especially in prayer, discipleship and service to others.
to join the clergy team at Launde Abbey, the diocesan retreat house for Leicester and Peterborough dioceses and with a national and ecumenical profile. They will share in the regular prayer and worship of the community, and in developing the programme of retreats, Quiet Days and courses. There will be a particular opportunity to develop contacts with schools.
