Associate archdeacon

THE Revd Elizabeth Jackson, Priest-in-Charge of North Radford, Coventry, and Area Dean of Coventry North, is to be the new Associate Archdeacon of Berkshire in Oxford diocese. Mrs Jackson was ordained priest in 2011, and served her title in Lincoln diocese, before becoming Priest-in-Charge of North Radford in 2013. She has been Area Dean since 2018.

ALLEN. The Revd Christopher Allen, Vicar of Cosby and Whetstone (Leicester), to be Priest-in-Charge of Shipley (Chichester).

BATCHFORD. The Revd Philip Batchford, Vicar of Rotherham Minster, and Priest-in-Charge of Masbrough, now also Area Dean of Rotherham (Sheffield).

BURKE. The Revd Elizabeth Burke, Priest-in-Charge of Holsworthy, Hollacombe, Pyworthy, Pancrasweek and Bridgerule (Exeter), to be Rector.

CLARKE. The Revd Ann Clarke, Hon. Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of St Mary’s and Christ Church, Wanstead (Chelmsford), to be Preacher of the Charterhouse.

DAND. The Revd Susannah Dand, Assistant Curate of St Thomas’s, Hanwell, now Assistant Curate of St Mary’s, Hanwell (London).

DARRANT. The Revd Louis Darrant, Chaplain of St Christopher’s, Costa Azahar, Spain, to be Chaplain of St George’s, Malaga, Spain (Europe).

ELLIOTT. The Revd Ian Elliott, Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of St Laurence’s, Barkingside, to be Assistant Curate (Associate Priest) of Stebbing and Lindsell with Great and Little (Bardfield) Saling (Chelmsford).

HANKEY. The Revd Rupert Hankey, Vicar of St Andrew’s, Sidcup (Rochester), to be Team Vicar in the Billericay and Little Burstead Team Ministry (Chelmsford).

HARKIN. The Revd John Harkin, house-for-duty Assistant Curate (Associate Minister) of Mickleham, now Interim Minister of Godalming (Guildford).

HENLEY. The Revd Christopher Henley, NS Assistant Curate of St Mary’s and St Peter’s, Staines, now NS Assistant Curate of St Stephen’s, Hounslow (London).

KERR. The Revd Karlene Kerr, Team Vicar in the Gaywood Team Ministry, King’s Lynn, and Diocesan Ecumenical Officer, now also Bishop’s Adviser for Black, Asian and Minority-Ethnic Affairs (Norwich).

KINDER. The Revd Mark Kinder, Vicar of St Paul’s, Walsall, and of St Luke’s, Walsall, and Assistant Curate (Assistant Minister) of St John’s, Walsall, to be Chaplain of HM Young Offender Institution Stoke Heath (Lichfield).

LEIGH. The Revd Michael Leigh, Vicar of Newby, and of Cloughton and Burniston, and Rural Dean of Scarborough (York), to be Chaplain of Scargill House (Leeds).

MENON. The Revd Suresh Menon, formerly Assistant Curate of St Ebbe with Holy Trinity and St Peter-le-Bailey, Oxford (Oxford), now Priest-in-Charge of Frimley Green and Mychett (Guildford).

O’NEILL. The Revd Gary O’Neill, Diocesan Director of Studies for Ordinands, and Bishop’s Adviser for Ministerial Development Review (Chester), to be Interim Canon Precentor, and Canon Residentiary of Blackburn Cathedral (Blackburn).

ROLES. The Revd John Roles, Priest-in-Charge in the Ilfracombe, Lee, Woolacombe, Bittadon and Mortehoe Team Ministry (Exeter), to be Team Rector.

TUFNELL. The Revd Christopher Tufnell, Assistant Curate of Fulwood, to be Priest-in-Charge of Oughtibridge (Sheffield).

WHITE. The Revd Matthew White, Assistant Curate of West Byfleet, now Assistant Curate of Chertsey, Lyne and Longcross (Guildford).

WILSON. The Revd Andrew Wilson, Rector of St John of Jerusalem with Christ Church, South Hackney, to be also Area Dean of Hackney (London).

WOOLFORD. The Revd Dr Thomas Woolford, Assistant Curate of Bispham, to be Interim Vicar of New Longton (Blackburn).
