FRANCIS. — On 3 January, the Revd Graham John Francis: Vicar of Penrhiwceiber with Matthewstown and Ynysboeth (1976-2002); Vicar of St Mary with St Dyfrig and St Samson, Cardiff (2002-16); Canon of Llandaff Cathedral (2002-16); Vicar of St Paul’s, Grangetown (2005-16); aged 74.
