Michael didn’t let a little thing like half-term stop him from doing assembly
We are seeking a courageous and resilient person who will be a prophetic voice in
this urban village setting. We are looking for someone who will work collaboratively
within the innovative team ministry and who will be excited and energised about
this challenging post.
This is an exciting new post in the expanding benefice of Pastrow, one of the pilot ‘Benefice of the Future’ projects in the Winchester Diocese 3 year Common Tenure Interim Post.
This is a full-time, interim post (initially for 3 years) which offers an exciting opportunity to work in vibrant moorland parishes along with a pilot scheme to support and develop Deanery life.
The person appointed will be lead minister with oversight of and responsibility for our established youth work across the benefice as a whole, as well as having a broad parochial ministry.
The Bishop of Blackburn invites applications for this post at a time of exciting opportunity for the implementation of our Diocesan Vision towards the celebration of our centenary as a Diocese in 2026.
