Acting archdeacon steps down

THE Acting Archdeacon of Bristol in the diocese of Bristol, Canon Michael Johnson, has resigned. The Revd Neil Warwick is to be installed as Archdeacon of Bristol next month (Gazette, 26 April).

 

BALDWIN. The Revd Shaun Baldwin, Area Dean of Preston, remaining Vicar of Broughton (Blackburn).

DICKINSON. The Revd Gareth Dickinson, NSM (Associate Priest) in the Holy Trinity and St Paul Team Ministry, Cheltenham (Gloucester): 30 September.

EDGE. The Revd Philip Edge, Vicar of Ellesmere (Lichfield): 30 September.

EVANS. The Revd Margaret Evans, SSM of Canonbury (London): 31 August.

HORTON. The Revd John Horton, house-for-duty Associate Minister of the Stourdene Group (Coventry): 1 September.

PLATTEN. The Rt Revd Stephen Platten, Chaplain of St Martin Ludgate, (London), remaining Hon. Canon of St John’s Cathedral, Musoma (Mara, Tanzania), and Hon. Assistant Bishop (London, Newcastle, and Southwark).

REED. The Revd Annette Reed, Rural Dean of St Neots, remaining Vicar of the Paxtons with Diddington, and Hon. Canon of Ely Cathedral (Ely).

RICHARDSON. The Revd Graeme Richardson, Vicar of St Peter’s, Harborne (Birmingham): 1 September.

WOOD. The Revd Michaela Wood, NS Assistant Curate of Salfords (Southwark).
