DAVIES. — On 15 July, the Revd Roy Basil Davies: Vicar of St John the Baptist, Bishop’s Castle, with Mainstone (1970-83); Priest-in-Charge of St Peter’s, More, with Lydham (1970-83); Snead (1970-83); Rural Dean of Clun Forest (1972-83); Prebendary of Hereford Cathedral (1982-99); Priest-in-Charge of Chetton with Deuxhill and Glazeley (1983-86); Middleton Scriven (1983-86); Billingsley with Sidbury (1983-86); Chelmarsh (1983-86); Rector of Billingsley with Sidbury, Middleton Scriven, Chetton, Glazeley, Deuxhill and Chelmarsh (1986-89); Rural Dean of Bridgnorth (1987-89); Team Rector in the Wenlock Team Ministry (1989-99); aged 85.

SPRAY. — On 15 July, the Revd Charles Alan Francis Thomas Spray: Rector of St Mary the Virgin, Shipley (1963-69); Rector of Ore (1970-85); Vicar of St Andrew’s, Burgess Hill (1985-93); Canon and Prebendary of Chichester Cathedral (1988-93); aged 92.
