Bishop’s advisers

THE Ven. Rosemary Lain-Priestley, Archdeacon of Charing Cross, since 2016, is now an adviser on policy and strategy to the Bishop of London. Ordained deacon in 1996, she served her title in Blackburn diocese, before moving to London diocese, where she was Dean of Women’s Ministry in the Two Cities Area from 2006 to 2015.

The Bishop has also appointed the Revd Dr Jason Roach to an identical post. He starts next month.

AUSTIN. The Revd Rosemary Austin, Team Rector in the Shirwell Team Ministry, now also Rural Dean of Shirwell (Exeter).

BANKS. The Revd Stephen Banks, Vicar of All Souls’, Warwickshire, and Bishop’s Rural Adviser (Birmingham), to be Mission Community Leader and Team Rector in the Binsey Team Ministry (Carlisle).
