ST SAVIOURS House, London, is on the market for £55 million.
The building, formerly St Saviour’s, Walton Place, was sold by London diocese in 1998 for a reported £1 million. Part of the site is still used as a youth theatre, Intermission, run by the Parish of Holy Trinity and St Saviour’s, Upper Chelsea.
Situated behind Harrods, St Saviours House has a pool and hot-tub room, a spa with sauna, steam room and treatment room, a gym, and a cinema room.
