DAVIDSON. — On 6 July, the Revd Ian George Davidson: Southwark Diocesan Youth Chaplain and Hon. Priest Vicar of Southwark Cathedral (1963-67); Vicar of Great Cornard (1967-72); Little Cornard (1967-70); Priest-in-Charge of Witnesham with Swilland and Ashbocking (1979-83); Warden of Scargill House (1983-88); Chaplain of the Christian Fellowship of Healing, Edinburgh (1988-97); aged 86.

HODGKINSON. — On 11 June, the Revd John Hodgkinson: Curate-in-Charge of St John the Baptist’s Conventional District, Ermine Estate, Lincoln (1958-60); Minister (1960-63); Perpetual Curate (1963-66); Vicar of Old Brumby (1966-71); Holy Trinity and All Hallows Chapel, Kendal (1971-90); Hon. Canon of Carlisle Cathedral (1984-90); aged 91.

KELLY. — On 3 July, the Revd Dennis Charles Kelly: Curate-in-Charge of St Andrew’s Conventional District, Grange, Runcorn (1959-63); Minister (1963-65); Vicar (1965-67); Rector of St Michael’s, Coppenhall (1967-82); St Andrew’s, West Kirby (1982-2001); Hon. Canon of Chester Cathedral (1986-2001); aged 88.

PITCHER. — On 24 June, the Revd Ronald Charles Frederick Pitcher: Curate-in-Charge of St Francis’s Conventional District, Newall Green (1955-61); Vicar (1961-73); Chaplain of Baguley and Wythenshawe Hospitals (1964-73); Curate-in-Charge of Danesholme Conventional District, Corby (1973-81); Vicar of Estover (1980-1991); aged 97.

SAUNDERS. — On 5 July, the Revd Malcolm Walter Mackenzie Saunders: Assistant Curate of St Alban’s, Northampton, and Lecturer at the Northern College of Technology (1963-66); Vicar of St Columba’s, Corby (1966-84); National Director of Evangelism Explosion (1984-91); Vicar of Ketton (1991-92); Rector of Ketton with Tinwell (1992-2001); aged 84.
