Archdeacon to retire

THE Ven. Colin Williams, Archdeacon of Germany and Northern Europe and of the Eastern Archdeaconry, in Europe diocese, since 2015, is to retire on 31 March 2019. Before his current positions, he was Team Rector in the Ludlow Team Ministry, in Hereford diocese, from 2010, and a Prebendary of Hereford Cathedral, from 2014. He previously served in Liverpool and Blackburn dioceses, and was Archdeacon of Lancaster from 1999 to 2005. From 2005 to 2010, he was the General Secretary of the Conference of European Churches, and a Canon of the Cathedral Chapter of the diocese in Europe, from 2007 to 2010.

 

ALMAAS. The Revd April Almaas, Assistant Chaplain in Norway (Trondheim congregation) (Europe): 30 September.

BISHOP. The Revd Jeremy Bishop, Rural Dean of Lothingland, remaining Vicar of Carlton Colville and Mutford (Norwich).

LORD. The Revd Stuart Lord, Rector of Norton-le-Moors (Lichfield).

SNELL. The Revd Colin Snell, Vicar of Galmington, and Assistant Rural Dean of Taunton (Bath & Wells): 31 July.
