The organist really did pull out all the stops
We are expecting the Senior Music Minister, in close consultation with the senior team, to develop their own vision for music (and the arts) which will serve All Souls and the wider church.
The successful candidate will enhance the worship and ministry of a church community known in the area for a high standard of traditional music, with four-part choral singing currently at most services.
The beautiful benefice of Washburn and Mid-Wharfe, in the Harrogate deanery comprises six churches which serve small villages, hamlets, scattered dwellings and farms.
The Dean of Divinity must be either an Anglican priest or a priest of a church in full communion with the Church of England, and must have completed at least one curacy. This is a Career Development post with a fixed term of seven years and is not renewable. It is intended to prepare the postholder for later responsibilities in Church of England parishes or dioceses, or similar.
