SOMETIMES it does not take much to knock an ordinand’s family off kilter. Stephen has a young family, and when their cooker broke beyond repair, he applied for an emergency grant from the Church Times Train-A-Priest Fund.
All it took was a £250 contribution, and hot food was quickly back on the menu.
A small sum is quite often all it takes to set ordinands back on track — but with more ordinands in the system, there is an increasing number of applications to the TAP Fund.
Please help us meet them. Another £4000 came in last week, pushing the total above £23,000; but we hope to match the £67,000 raised last year.

UK taxpayers can boost their gift by making a Gift Aid declaration. Please do this on our online donations page.
