This is an exciting time for us, as the North Wiltshire Mission Area (NWMA) comes into being. As Mission Enabler for NWMA, you will have an opportunity to work with the Vicar of Malmesbury and Upper Avon, and with the other incumbents in the Area, to set the direction of travel and help bring some of the ideas that the Holy Spirit is already sowing among us to fruition. We hope that you may be the person who God has in mind to come and partner with us in growing our evangelism and discipleship.

Our vision is to become more like Jesus through a deep love for His word and Spirit, strengthened by a sense of community and belonging.
Chadsmoor is a small parish situated to the north of the town of Cannock and close to Cannock chase which is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. The parish was formerly a mining community but recently there has been significant residential redevelopment. There are two active churches in the parish each with different identities. We are praying for someone who will guide and lead us, enabling us to recognise our skills and gifts both as individuals and Churches.
The Cherwell Valley Benefice, a team of six rural parish churches and a church community in a growing urban village development, wishes to appoint a Team Rector able to guide us in our desire to deepen our Christian faith and develop the mission of our parishes.
