EDWARDS. — On 6 May, the Revd Peter Clive Edwards: Vicar of Salfords (1990-97); Rector of St Mary’s, Newington (1997-2003); Chaplain of the Holy Spirit, Costa Blanca, Spain (2004-09); Senior Chaplain (2009-15); Hon. Canon of the Cathedral Chapter, of the diocese in Europe (2012-15); aged 68.

FARRER. — On 4 May, the Revd Michael Robert Wedlake Farrer: Tutor of Clifton Theological College, Bristol (1956-65); Rector of Barton Seagrave (1965-73); Barton Seagrave with Warkton (1973-78); Vicar of St Paul’s, Cambridge (1978-92); Rural Dean of Cambridge (1984-89); Hon. Canon of Ely Cathedral (1988-92); Senior Chaplain to the Bishop of Ely (1992-95); aged 96.

GASH. — On 29 April, the Revd Christopher Alan Ronald Gash: Priest-in-Charge of Stoke Golding with Dadlington (1989-2001); aged 79.

HAMPSON. — On 6 May, the Revd Robert Edward Hampson, Vicar of Holy Trinity, Hermon Hill, Wanstead, since 2001; aged 59.

THOMAS. — On 3 May, the Revd Bryan Thomas: Vicar of Cwmllynfell (1972-76); Gorslas (1976-82); Rector of Yarnbury (1982-97); Rural Dean of Wylye and Wilton (1994-98); Team Rector in the Wylye and Till Valley Team Ministry (1997-2002); aged 82.

ODDY. — On 6 May, the Revd Frederick Brian Oddy: Assistant Curate of St Anne’s-on-Sea, in charge of St Margaret’s (1955-57), Vicar of St James’s, Chorley (1957-64); Warton (1964-76); Curate-in-Charge of Yealand Conyers (1974-76); Vicar of Warton with Yealand Conyers (1976-98); Rural Dean of Tunstall (1984-90); Hon. Canon of Blackburn Cathedral (1989-98); aged 89.
